In this session, you’ll gain that understanding by completing the Neethling Brain Instruments (NBI®) assessment in advance. NBI® is a research-based framework that reveals your natural thinking preferences: how you process information, solve problems, make decisions, and respond under pressure.
During the session, you’ll receive and explore your personal whole-brain profile, identify key strengths and potential blind spots, and build a shared language for understanding differences in how people think and work. Through guided discussion and practical exercises, you’ll apply your results immediately to real leadership and collaboration scenarios.
You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, clearer insight into how your thinking preferences show up at work, and practical strategies for adapting communication and decision-making to work more effectively with others.
